We try to get orders out as quickly as possible but please allow up to 3 working days for dispatch at busy times. If you have a deadline please state it clearly and we will do all we possibly can to have it with you on time.

These shipment calculations are based on a consignment containing one parcel weighing no more than 10kg.

Shipments outside of the UK which contain any liquids or adhesives may be subject to an additional shipping charge and may take a few extra days to be delivered as these items cannot be sent by ‘air’ and need to be handled differently by the courier.

*Please note that in all cases there may be an additional carriage fee on bulky or heavy items e.g. toy filling, vilene, cushions and yarns.

All carriage costs are calculated on 1 parcel weighing up to 10kg. Heavier boxes and additional boxes will be subject to extra charges.

There is no cash alternative to the shipping offers. If you would like to arrange collection of your order in person or by a 3rd party courier then you will not receive a credit towards your shipping costs.

If your country is not listed above then please contact us – we can ship worldwide but would need to calculate the shipping cost based on the weight & size of the parcel.

If you do not receive products ordered you should notify us within 7 days of the date of your order.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If products we deliver to you are not as ordered or are damaged, defective or of incorrect quantity then please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will either replace the incorrect, damaged or defective products or make good the shortfall in quantity or, at our option, credit the price of those products to you.

If products have been incorrectly chosen by you when ordering then please contact us within 7 days to arrange the return of these items but please note that we will apply a 15% restocking fee and we would not be able to credit the cost of postage for any items returned to us. If you wish to exchange items then the cost of postage for sending replacements will be charged.

Once a return has been agreed, please return the items to us by second class post within 7 days, we suggest that you obtain a ‘Proof of Posting’ certificate which is available for free from the Post Office, this guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.
